Panel

■ Polyurethane foam material is used inside the panel, the foam density is 48kg/m³, which can effectively prevent the transfer of cold.

■ The standard configuration of the panel is double steel plate inside and outside, and the materials such as stainless steel plate can be selected according to the requirements.

■ Panel thickness is 25mm, 50mm two options.

Heat exchanger

■ The selection calculation program can optimize the parameters such as the number of rows, sheet spacing and circuit number of coils under the required working conditions to ensure that the actual use needs are met.

■ Unique coil layout design ensures thorough drainage and prevents coil freezing crack to the maximum extent possible.

Water tray

■ The surface cold coil is equipped with a condensate pan, dry V-shaped design, with drainage slope, to ensure smooth discharge of condensate water. External insulation is applied to prevent condensation.

Air blower

■ Fans choose domestic or international famous brand products.

■ DIDW double intake, double wide distance high efficiency low noise centrifugal fan.

■ Fan bearing selection of famous brand products, with self-aligning and self-locking function. The wind balancing accuracy reaches G4.0, greatly extending the service life of the bearing.

■ The fan selection software can select high-efficiency fans according to the actual operating conditions to ensure that the fans operate at the "working condition" point of high efficiency and energy saving.

Fan drive

■ Standard V-belt transmission structure, and the use of Taper Lock tight hoop bushing pulley and import narrow V belt, narrow V belt wide bevel structure makes it have higher transmission efficiency and service life.

Electric machine

■ Choose famous brand three-phase squirrel-cage AC induction motor, IP54 protection class, F class insulation. The motor is placed inside the fan section and is jointly installed on the shock absorber bracket with the fan. The motor is equipped with an adjusting device to adjust the tightness of the belt.

Box section lifting, installation
